The Galaxy A26 and the Galaxy A36 are now available in the USA. The Galaxy A26 is priced at $300, while the Galaxy A36 has a price tag of $400. Both phones are currently available from Samsung's website in their 128GB version. The Galaxy A26 is available in just one color: Black. The Galaxy A36 is available in two colors: Awesome Lavender and Awesome Black. By trading in your existing phone, you can get up to a $150 discount while buying any of these new phones.

Galaxy A26 and A36 features
The Galaxy A26 and the Galaxy A36 have a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The former has a U-shaped notch at the top of the screen, while the Galaxy A36 has a punch-hole-shaped cutout on the top of the screen for the front-facing camera. Both phones have Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection on the front and the rear.
The Galaxy A26 is powered by the Exynos 1380 chip, 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage, while the Galaxy A36 uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip, 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The Galaxy A26 has a microSD card, while the Galaxy A36 lacks it. Both phones run Android 15 (One UI 7.0) and will get six major Android OS updates and security patches for six years.
Both phones have a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The Galaxy A26 has a 13MP front camera and a 2MP macro camera, while the Galaxy A36 has a 12MP front-facing camera and a 5MP macro camera.
Both phones can record 4K 30fps videos using the primary rear camera, but only the Galaxy A36 supports 10-bit HDR videos. The Galaxy A26 can only go up to Full HD video recording resolution for its front-facing camera, while the Galaxy A36 supports 4K 30fps 10-bit HDR video recording using its front camera.
The Galaxy A26 and the Galaxy A36 have a 5,000mAh battery. The Galaxy A26 supports 25W fast charging, while the Galaxy A36 supports up to 45W fast wired charging.
They both have 5G, GPS, NFC, a USB Type-C port, stereo speakers, and an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. The Galaxy A26 has Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3, while the Galaxy A36 has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. The Galaxy A26 has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, while the Galaxy A36 has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
