Samsung has opened a new Samsung Experience Store in Palo Alto yesterday, the company revealed in a blog post. Located at the Stanford Shopping Center, this is the fourth such store in the US, after Houston, New York, and Los Angeles. These stores offer Samsung customers a place to discover and experience new products and technologies, get after-sales support, etc.
The Palo Alto store features a modular design that allows the company to rearrange the layout for an entirely different look from time to time. The flexible design enables Samsung to reposition the displays easily to fit the needs arising from a new product launch or a consumer trend.
The décor of the store pays homage to Silicon Valley’s heritage with lighted rods of ones and zeroes. It also features tunable lighting that can be adjusted for different seasons to enhance the customer experience. The company says it has taken great care to provide a warm and welcoming environment for its customers.
Like at the other Samsung Experience Stores, there will be a Samsung Care team to answer any product-related questions and take care of after-sales service requests. The company is also equipping the Palo Alto store with a dedicated 5G education area and a business solutions center for SMBs for targeted assistance.
