Samsung's mass production plans for the upcoming Galaxy S25 series have been uncovered through the company's supply chain. According to this data, Samsung aims to churn out roughly 22 million Galaxy S25 series phones by mid-summer.
Although Samsung shared the Galaxy S25 production roadmap with component suppliers, things are not set in stone just yet. Manufacturing plans can change depending on demand, and Samsung might adjust figures early next year.
For now, however, Samsung informed component suppliers that it wants to manufacture around 22 million Galaxy S25 phones by June. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will cover roughly half of that.
Samsung is betting on Ultra again
Samsung's Ultra flagships have proven to be the most popular from the trio, and it's no surprise that the company expects Galaxy S25 Ultra sales to beat the base and Plus models.
The company's mass production roadmap suggests that Samsung wants to have roughly 11 million Galaxy S25 Ultra, ~6 million Galaxy S25, and ~4 million Galaxy S25+ units manufactured by June 2025.

According to The Elec, the monthly production volume for the Galaxy S25 series is estimated to hit 2 million by December, 5 million in January, 4 million in February, 3 million in March, 2 million in April, 2 million in May, and another 2 million in June.
These numbers don't quite add up to 22 million, but we're guessing it's because they are not exact and were rounded down.
In any case, Galaxy S25 sales are expected to be similar to S24 sales, and by the end of 2025, Samsung will likely ship more than 30 million S25 series flagships.
