Earlier this week, a leak about Samsung’s upcoming Fan Edition smartphone, the Galaxy S24 FE, suggested that the company will price the phone’s base variant, which will have 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, about €100 higher than its predecessor, the Galaxy S23 FE, bringing its price to €799. That was quite disappointing for fans.
Well, now we have another report about the Galaxy S24 FE’s price from a different source, and this one says that the situation won’t be as bad as the previous one painted. Plus, it also reveals the price of the other 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of the phone as well as renders of the device in all four colors that it will come in.
On X/Twitter, a new post from @MysteryLupin claims that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S24 FE’s 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant at €749. That’s €50 less than what the previous report had suggested. Furthermore, the tipster says the company will price the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of the device at €809.
The story continues after the video…
The freshly-released renders of the Galaxy S24 FE show the device in all four colors that Samsung will launch it in, Graphite, Mint, Yellow, and Blue. The upcoming device looks identical to the Galaxy S23 FE, which is a good thing because the current generation device looks great with a symmetrical, clean, and sophisticated design.
Currently, the Galaxy S24+ costs around €800. If Samsung launches the Galaxy S24 FE at €749, then there would be very little price difference between the two smartphones. With the Galaxy S24+ offering a better set of features, most people will choose it over the Galaxy S24 FE. So, we think that very few people will buy the latter.
