Galaxy Note 20 One UI 3.0 beta program closed, stable version release nears

Samsung had released the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 beta update to the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra a few weeks ago. Now, the company has declared that it has closed the One UI 3.0 Beta program for the two smartphones. This indicates that Samsung could release the stable version of One UI 3.0 soon.

The forum moderator for the Galaxy Note 20 series has mentioned that One UI 3.0 Beta program has been closed in South Korea. However, it has not been announced when the company will release the stable version. Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra users in other markets who have opted to beta-test the update might still receive another beta update.

Galaxy S20 series users have not received a closure message for the One UI 3.0 Beta program yet, but that could happen in the next couple of days. Forum moderators mentioned that the last beta update is close to the stable version in terms of software stability and performance. It is being expected that Samsung could release the stable version of One UI 3.0 by the end of this month or in early December 2020.

The company could first release the stable update to the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra, and then to the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Samsung has already rolled out the beta update to the Galaxy Note 10 series, Galaxy S10 series, Galaxy Z Flip 5G, and the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
