Samsung has launched three new devices in South Korea today: the Galaxy SmartTag 3, the Galaxy Tab S12+, and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra. They were announced last week and are now available in Samsung's home market. They will be launched in other countries and regions soon.
Here is a closer look at the specifications and official pricing for each device.
Galaxy SmartTag 3
The Galaxy SmartTag 3 costs KRW 44,000 (~$33) in South Korea and is available in Black and White. Samsung is also offering a 4-pack bundle for KRW 149,600 (~$111), which reflects a 15% discount compared to purchasing four individual units.

Additionally, buyers who purchase the tracker alongside a Galaxy S26 series device (including the S26 FE), Galaxy Z Flip 8, or Galaxy Z Fold 8 by October 31 will receive a 30% discount.
The Galaxy SmartTag 3 is Samsung's next-generation object tracker, featuring a sleeker, lighter design and longer battery life. Samsung has omitted the integrated lanyard cutout on this generation, which means you users will need an accessory (case) to attach it to items.
It features Bluetooth 6.0, Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and compatibility with Android and iOS smartphones. Powered by a standard CR2032 3V coin-cell battery, it delivers up to 790 days of battery life. The updated Compass View feature guides users with directional tracking at distances up to 60 meters.

Samsung is selling several official accessories for the tracker. The standard Silicone Case comes in five colors: Black, Blue, Lavender, Mint, and White. Other options include a Loop Case designed for luggage, a Pet Name Tag Case suitable for pet leashes and harnesses, and a Bicycle Case for mounting to bike frames.
Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra
The Galaxy Tab S12+ features a 12.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, while the larger Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra sports a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel. They have a 120Hz variable refresh rate and four speakers (with four-channel spatial audio).
Both tablets have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and come bundled with an IP68-certified S Pen.

Under the hood, both devices are powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 processor and feature a 12MP front-facing camera paired with a 13MP rear camera. The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra has an 8MP ultrawide camera on the rear, which is missing from the Galaxy Tab S12+.
Both tablets come standard with 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of onboard storage, complete with microSD card expansion. The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra also offers a top-tier variant equipped with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
The tablets ship with Android 17 and One UI 9.0 out of the box, backed by Samsung's software commitment of seven major Android OS upgrades and seven years of regular security patches.
Both devices have an Enhanced Armor Aluminum body, in-screen fingerprint reader, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, USB 3.2 Type-C port, Samsung DeX, 4K 30fps video recording, and 45W fast wired charging. The Galaxy Tab S12+ is powered by a 10,600mAh battery, while the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra has a 11,600mAh battery.
