It's been a couple of years since Samsung launched its Bespoke Infinite Line branding for home appliances. It was positioned alongside Samsung's existing Bespoke-branded refrigerators, ovens, and other products.
The branding could be a bit confusing for customers as the names didn't necessarily reflect the USPs of these products. With its outsized focus on everything AI these days, Samsung has reportedly made the decision to rebrand the Bespoke Infinite Line brand to “Infinite AI.”
Bespoke tag will be dropped for Infinite AI appliances
The rebranding is being done to make the brand names easier for customers to understand. Starting this year, products under this lineup that have artificial intelligence features will be released under the Infinite AI brand.
A company official acknowledged that the product names were unnecessarily long with the previous branding, so the decision was made to “simplify” naming for products equipped with AI features as Infinite AI.
The new naming scheme will remove the “Bespoke” tag that has been associated with Samsung's premium home appliances for several years now. The products that will be released under the Infinite AI brand this year will include an all-in-one washing machine, dishwasher, air purifier, and more.
AI is the new buzzword that's captured the industry's attention over the past few. We see it being thrust into everything now. Samsung has built up a whole series of appliances centered around AI and is pushing for deeper integration with the Galaxy ecosystem to provide customers with the ultimate user experience.
Bringing the branding under the AI umbrella that's also easier for customers to understand is just a step in the right direction.
