Galaxy S25 Edge is so sharp Samsung doesn’t want us to touch it

Galaxy S25 Edge is so sharp Samsung doesn’t want us to touch it

We're at Mobile World Congress (MWC 2025) in Barcelona, where Samsung has allowed us to take the new Galaxy A series for a quick spin. But there's something else that caught our and everyone else's attention. The still-mysterious Galaxy S25 Edge is also present on the show floor.

Unfortunately, while Samsung has allowed us to test drive the Galaxy A 2025 lineup, the company had a different attitude toward the Galaxy S25 Edge.

Once again, the ultra-slim phone could not be touched, literally. We could see it hanging in the air from thin threads at Samsung's booth, but we were not allowed to use it. We did take a short video of it, which you can watch below.

Samsung is again trying to demonstrate just how thin the Galaxy S25 Edge is. Well, sort of. The company still hasn't revealed the phone's exact dimensions, and we couldn't use a measuring tape to see for ourselves.

Some recent rumors said the Galaxy S25 Edge has a 6.4mm profile. Others say the phone is thinner than that and measures 5.84mm. We still don't know for sure.

Previously, we exclusively reported that the phone's back should be made of ceramic. But once again, we couldn't touch it at MWC 2025.

We'll let you know if we find out more. Until then, check out our short clip above for another look at the mysterious Galaxy S25 Edge. Stay tuned!
