Good news for Europeans! Galaxy S25 might not get price hike

Recently, there have been multiple leaks about the pricing of the Galaxy S25 series, and almost all of them suggest that Samsung will offer it at slightly higher prices than its predecessor. However, a new leak suggests otherwise, at least for Europe.

In a new post, GizmoChina claims that an anonymous source has shared documents about the pricing of the Galaxy S25 series for the European market. Here are the prices it reveals for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

As you can see, the prices of the Galaxy S25 are similar to those of the Galaxy S24 in Europe. However, the leak doesn’t mention prices for the 512GB and 1TB storage variants of these devices, and those are the ones rumored to come with a price hike.

The Galaxy S25 series uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is said to be costlier than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Exynos 2400 in the Galaxy S24 lineup. Apart from that, prices of smartphone parts have increased over the last year.

Despite that, Samsung is trying to offer the next lineup for the same price as its predecessor. That means the company will get lower profits on the Galaxy S25 than on the Galaxy S24. Fortunately, we will have to wait only two days to get the official details.
