Samsung has released the September 2024 security update to the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in more countries. Last week, the update reached Samsung's latest generation foldable phones in the US, and it is now available in several regions, including Africa, Asia, and Europe.

The new software update is now available for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 in European countries with firmware version F741BXXS1AXHD. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is getting the new security update with firmware version F956BXXS1AXHD in Africa, Europe, India, South Korea, and the Middle East.
This new update brings the September 2024 security patch that fixes 67 security vulnerabilities that were discovered in the previous software version. It doesn't bring any new features or performance improvements to the two foldable smartphones, though.
If you have a Galaxy Z Flip 6 or the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and you live in any of the countries or regions mentioned above, you can check for the new update on your phone. To do that, open the Settings app, navigate to Software update, and tap Download and install.
