A few days ago, we learned that Samsung may expand the One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2) beta program to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. That report has turned out to be true as the brand has finally made it available for these phones. The first beta version of One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy S24 series is 4,109.04MB in size and carries firmware version S92xBXXU5ZZCD.
Currently, the beta program is live in India, Korea, and the UK. The company should make it available in other regions soon. To enroll your device in it, open the Samsung Members app, tap on the One UI 8.5 beta program banner, and register your device. Then head to Settings > Software update > Download and install, where the beta update should appear. Tap Install now to proceed.
One UI 8.5 introduces a refreshed user interface along with several new features for the Galaxy S24 lineup.
